Turkey Tourist/Business ( Single Entry ) Visa

Mandatory documents

• Original passport (validity more than 6 months with minimum 3 blank pages)
• Recent expired passport ( old passport)
• Click recent 2 photo (size: 2.5 x 2.5 inches, white background, mat finish, 80% face) do not use old photos.
• 3 months updated bank statement with bank stamp & sign on a4 size paper (personal + company) minimum balance approx. rs 1,00,000/- & above (per pax)
• 3 yr itr personal and company
• Cover letter: covering letter on company letterhead with company stamp & travelling dates explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location duration of stay turkey with small company profile (attn.: to, visa officer, the consulate general of turkey, mumbai)
• Air ticket - itinerary - if applicable proof of flight, train itinerary or car rental
• Hotel confirmation vouchers in turkey for your entire stay (e.g. confirmation of hotel reservation, package tour, advanced payments etc.)

Supporting documents

• If passport is issued outside jurisdiction

Registrer leave and licence  agreement or purchase agreement of the flat.

• If businessman / self employed.

occupation proof (for e.g. company registration, partnership deed, memorandum) copy

• If employed/salaried.

3 months - salary slips with company stamp

Original leave sanctioned letter with company stamp

Employment contract

Company noc to leave.

• If child (student)

School / college id copy (noc from school / college)

• If retired.

Pension statements for the last 3 monhs

Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.

• If student or unemployed

Parents or legal guardians must provide their personal bank account statements for the past 3 months.

Parents or legal guardian - s income tax returns for the last 2 years along with

Parents or legal guardian - s confirmation letter of financialsupport

Parents or legal guardian - s passports copy.

• If minor travelling alone

A minor accompanied by one of the parents shall provide an original notarized noc by the other parent, orginal passport of parents passports 

A minor travelling alone shall provide an original notarized noc by both parents/legal guardians plus orginal passport of parents passports 

• If married

Marriage cert- ificate - if the applicant is married and cannot provide evidence of marital status in the passport or marriage affidifate on 100rs stamp paper.

Certificate proving the existence of family relationship, - if the applicant is visiting relatives.

                  INR 27,170/- For MUMBAI Jurisdiction only, (Express)

Processing time: 10 to 12 working days (Normal)

Processing time: 05 to 06 working days (Express)

Please find below requirements for Turkey E - Visa.

1. Passport copy with 6 months validity from date of arrival
2. Valid Visa copy (USA, UK, Schengen)

Processing time: 1 to 2 working days.

Visa Charges: 4200/- (inclusive of all taxes)
