Iran Business Visa

Visa requirements for obtaining an Iran Business Visa. ​

• Passport Requirements: Original Passport (Old & New) valid for 6 months. Passport copy of the 1st and last page (2 sets).
• Photographs: Three recent photographs (35mm x 45 mm). Ensure that 80% of your face is visible. The background should be white. Photographs should not be older than 6 months.
• Covering Letter: A covering letter on your company letterhead. Sample Attached
• Invitation Letter: Form no. 1: Directly send to the consulate from Iran. Form no. 2: Fax it to us.
• Chamber of Commerce Letter: Include a Chamber of Commerce letter as part of your application.
• Medical Requirements: A medical report in original.The report should include tests for Hepatitis B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV 1 & 2, conducted by any qualified doctor.
• Flight Itinerary: Provide a confirmed return ticket from Iran Airlines or other preferred airlines.

Visa Processing Time:

Normal Processing: 12-15 working days.

Urgent Processing: 5-6 working days (official charges of the Consulate apply).

Visa Validity: The validity of your Iran Business Visa will align with your travel itinerary and the dates mentioned in your invitation letter and other travel documents.

• Fees are non-refundable once the application is applied/processed to the Consular Office/Immigration/Embassy under any circumstances. Fees may vary depending on the fluctuation of the Rate of Exchange (ROE).

• Upon receiving the visa copy, we request you to thoroughly recheck and confirm the details mentioned on the visa copy with that of the passport and revert in case of a discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.

• An approved visa does not guarantee permission to enter/exit the Destination Country or India, as it is the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer.
