China Tourist Visa

Please find below the list of requirements for the China Business Visa (L Category) application:-  

• Clear scanned coloured passport copies (Passport’s First & Last Page and Observation Page(if any) - Original Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the intended date of arrival in China- Should be carried at the time of submission by the passenger. 
• Online filled-in form - Kindly refer to the detail form attached below.
• A clear scanned copy of a recently clicked photograph (35*45mm, 70-80% face coverage with white background) - Original photographs should be carried at the time of submission by the passenger. 
• Confirm return Flight Ticket 
• Confirm Hotel Booking or Invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China.

The invitation letter should contain:

1. Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
2. Information on the planned visit (arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, etc.)
3. Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual) 

The invitation letter may be in the form of fax, photocopy or computer printout, but the consular officer may require the applicant to submit the original of the invitation letter. An issuer of invitation letter who is an individual in China should also provide a photocopy of his/her Chinese ID.\

• Covering letter - Original copy should be carried at the time of submission by the passenger - details required as per the attached format (Place of visit, Name, address, and contact number)
• Bank Statement of last 6 month with Bank Stamp and Signature with Minimum 1 lakh closing balance.

Employment Proof:

• Company Employed – Three Month of Salary Slip and Leave letter on company letter head with Stamp & Signature.
• Business: - GST certificate or Business Licence Proof.
• Covid 19 Vaccination certificate copy with the QR Code - Original copy should be carried at the time of submission by the passenger.

Kindly Note: - If applicant repeatedly applies for tourist visa to China, the following information shall be covered in the personal statement: reasons for revisit, the places the applicant plans to visit this time and places he / she visited before.

Processing time: 

4-5 working days.

Visa fees - 

The passenger has to pay at the time of submission. 

Single Entry :- INR 5,761/-

Double Entry:-INR 8,503/-

Multiple Entry :-INR 10,500/-

Normal Appointment booking and our service charges - INR 2880/- inclusive of GST

Note: Biometric is mandatory for the applications applying at the Consulate General of China, Mumbai submission.

Applicants from the state of Maharashtra and Karnataka may apply at the Consulate General of China in Mumbai. And applicants from the states of West Bengal, Orissa, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, and Bihar may apply at the Consulate General of China in Kolkata. Applicants from the rest of India may apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in New Delhi.

• Visa Fees, Document Checklist, and application processing time are subject to change without any prior notice.

• Fees are non-refundable once the application is applied/processed to the Consular Office/Immigration/Embassy under any circumstances. Fees may vary depending on the fluctuation of the Rate of Exchange (ROE).

• The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of the Consular Office / Immigration / Embassy. Ease My Vacations does not have any influence on the same.

• Upon receiving the visa copy, we request you to thoroughly recheck and confirm the details mentioned on the visa copy with that of the passport and revert in case of a discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt.

• An approved visa does not guarantee permission to enter/exit the Destination Country or India, as it is the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer.
