- For Business person - Covering Letter on Company Letterhead with Travelling dates ( Attn To, Visa Officer, The Australian High Commission, New Delhi )
- For Business person - Occupation Proof ( Company Registration / Partnership deed / Memorandum etc ) – copy
- For Salaried person - 3-month Salary Slips + Original Leave sanctioned Letter – both with Company stamp
- For Student (Child) – School / College Id – copy
- Child under 18 – birth certificate(if any)
- If Family Visit: Invitation Letter from Inviter with passport copy & visa copy, Utility and bank statement, invitee email id and contact details
- 3 Months latest updated Bank Statement with Bank Stamp on A4 size paper ( Personal + Company ) – Minimum balance approx. Rs 2,00,000/- & above
- 3 Year Income Tax ( Personal + Company ) – Only Acknowledgement page
- Air Ticket – Itinerary
- Hotel Details / Hotel Vouchers
- Mobile Number of Passenger and Email Id
- Send all documents in induvial PDF File with name.
- If passenger is travelling for Business purpose then Invitation letter is required.
