Daywise Itinerary

Welcome to Awesome Assam. Meet and be assisted by our representative at the airport/Railway Station. Proceed to Shillong, also called 'Scotland of the East". Reach the majestic Umiam Lake (Barapani). You may do the water sports here (Optional). On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Morning after breakfast  depart for a whole day excursion to Mawlynnong

Mawlynnong Village has earned the distinction of being the cleanest village in India. It is situated 90 kms from Shillong

Dawki : Dawki lies 2 Kms from Bangladesh. Dawki is a small village and its main attraction is the Umngot River that marks the natural separation between the Khasi and the Jaintia Hills.

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. On the way enjoy the following places:

Back to Shillong and Overnight stay at Shillong 

After breakfast, driver & transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros”, Check in at your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Early morning, explore Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park on the back of an elephant. Apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park sustains half the world's population of genetically pure Wild Water Buffaloes, over 1000 Wild elephants and perhaps the densest population of Royal Bengal Tigers anywhere. Kaziranga is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to some 500 species of birds. The Crested Serpent Eagle, Pallas Fishing Eagle, Grey Headed Fishing Eagle, Swamp Partridge, Bar-headed goose, whistling Teal, Bengal Florican, Storks, Herons and Pelicans are some of the species found here.We will return to the resort for breakfast. Afternoon go for a jeep safari through the Central Zone of the National Park.Evening come back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After Breakfast drive to Guwahati. Check in at Hotel. Guwahati, ‘The light of the East’ is the commercial capital of North East lying adjacent to the shores of the turbulent Brahmaputra. Evening enjoy a River cruise over the river Brahmaputra (cruise charges additional). Overnight in Guwahati.

NOTE: River cruise depends on availability, water level and river condition.

After Breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport /Station. If time permits, visit Kamakhya Temple.

Temple doors remain open for devotees in the following timings - 08:00 am to 01:00 pm & 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

  • Children above 12+ years will be charged 100% as per Adult Rate. 
  • Children of 5+ to 11 years sharing a parent's room will be charged as per CWB / CNB.

    **Peak season supplements will be applicable for Dussehra and Diwali period , which are not included in the above package.

Other Information

  • Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination
  • Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
  • Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
  • Vehicles confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
  • All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
  • Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
  • All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary
  • It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable
  • We are committed to providing vehicles as per quotation like Innova / xylo or similar but cannot provide any particular model of said car. 
  • Sometimes we provide similar cars due to permit issues or non-availability of said car.
  • Please inform the nationality and country of travelers If Non-Indian travelers are traveling. 
  • Bumla Pass are subject to Permissibility, if Permit application is not approved then alternative tours will be provided.
  • Please carry a valid Aadhar Card /voter ID card/ Passport along with 4 pieces of passport size photographs for all passengers. 
  • Those who are partially vaccinated or who are below 18 years of age shall be permitted to enter on production of negative RT PCR report taken within 72 hours prior to date of entry.
  • If any emergency lockdown or new covid19 guidelines are announced by any State government for your travel destinations then the tour will be postponed, refund not possible.
  • No Refund will be entertained in case of Disasters, like disturbed political situations, bad weather, Earthquake and any other natural calamities which are beyond control.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy strictly depends on Suppliers, like Airlines, Railways, Hotels, Transporters, etc. 
  • Driver details will be sent 24 hours prior from the travel date.
  • Tourists should register on the Meghalaya portal or app and generate an e-invite.
  • For eILP please send all passenger details 7-10 days before the journey.
